Creep in Bend

MB16 is a test system for measuring the MOR and creep characteristic of small ceramic bars at temperatures up to 1600C. This equipment was specifically designed and made for Rolls-Royce, a British company who make precision cast turbine blades for aircraft ovens. They have a precision investment casting foundry and a research and development foundry. Rolls-Royce use our MB16 test system at each location and in their ceramics factory where shells materials and cores are manufactured.
